What We Do

Iliso faces challenges head-on, providing meal programs, job skills training, women's empowerment, early childhood education, and so much more! We aim to create a direct and tangible impact for our local community.

About

Who We Are

Founder and Managing Director, Vivian Zilo, affectionately referred to as Mama Vivian, began the Iliso Care Society in 2005. Currently, Mama Vivian manages a 94 ha farm in Phillipi, Cape Town, growing a variety of fresh vegetable crops.
